Check before dependency becomes invisible
- Which knowledge can safely sit with the provider?
- Which source authority and decision rights must remain internal?
- Can the organisation challenge provider output?
- What happens at supplier transition or contract end?
- Can another provider or internal team reconstruct the consequential capability?
