ArtiProof × ISO management systems
Treat ArtiProof as a focused knowledge-assurance companion to management systems rather than a substitute for their requirements.
Read the new companion whitepaper on ArtiProof and ISO 30401. It is a conceptual interoperability proposal, not a clause-by-clause conformity assessment. Read the ISO 30401 whitepaper
What the host method already does
ISO management-system standards can already contain requirements on competence, documented information, organisational knowledge, continuity or discipline-specific controls. ISO 30401 specifically addresses knowledge management systems.
Where knowledge matters
- organisational knowledge and competence evidence
- management review and change
- documented information and source control
- continuity, supplier and AI management interfaces
Proposed addition
- Craft and Generated Knowledge as explicit assessment objects
- fitness-for-reliance conclusion for a bounded knowledge dependency
- knowledge recovery capability
- property-specific evidence without automatic new documentation
Evidence that may be reusable
- management system documentation
- competence evidence
- audit and management review records
- risk, continuity and change evidence
How could this work?
Start with an existing meeting, document or review in the method you use.
Focus on knowledge questions that could affect the decision or next step.

Help develop this integration
Help us identify what the existing method already covers, what evidence is available and where an extra question might help. We also want to know where ArtiProof simply duplicates work.
