Knowledge Matrix

Extend familiar skills-matrix logic from “who can do the task?” to “what knowledge makes this work possible, where is it concentrated and what minimum coverage is needed?”

Decide what counts as sufficient access to the knowledge needed for this work and explain why. There is no validated minimum that applies to every situation.

Suggested dimensions

  • knowledge element and type;
  • person / role / team holding or using it;
  • process or capability that depends on it;
  • organisational entity or supplier dependency;
  • authority and evidence reference;
  • coverage / concentration;
  • recovery or transfer route;
  • minimum sufficient coverage for the context.
The Knowledge Matrix is a Candidate interface. It is not a universal required artefact and contains no general compliance threshold.

These tools are in development. We still need to test how well they identify weaknesses and how much work they require. Support your answers with evidence; a completed form alone cannot establish whether knowledge is reliable.

ArtiProof is ready for research, but has not yet been broadly validated by independent researchers. The first independent replication is still pending. More about the research.
