ArtiProof Quick Check

A few questions to help you take a first look at the knowledge your work depends on. The check gives no overall score; use your answers as a starting point for further assessment.

1. Do you know which knowledge is essential for this process or decision?
2. Can important knowledge be traced to its sources, contributors or transformations?
3. Is it clear who can stand behind the knowledge for the intended use?
4. Can another competent person understand and challenge it?
5. Could the work continue or recover if a key person, system or supplier disappeared?
6. Are important generated or AI-assisted outputs distinguishable from authoritative source material?
7. Would your current evidence be strong enough for the consequence if the knowledge were wrong or unavailable?
Limit. This tool cannot establish conformity, certification, accreditation or an assurance conclusion.

These tools are in development. We still need to test how well they identify weaknesses and how much work they require. Support your answers with evidence; a completed form alone cannot establish whether knowledge is reliable.
